The Duck House is a Perth-based contemporary theatre company that prides itself on being the creator of original performances, enticing audiences into our chaotic worlds with our cheeky sense of humour and 'tragi-comedy' style. We are committed to a collaborative, devised process of making performance and an ensemble based approach.
The Duck House's vision is to create work that explores universal human experiences, investigating obsession, loss and the state of being emotionally 'stuck'. We explore these ideas through surreal journeys and eccentric characters and produce performance that is intimate, accessible and suprising. Our creative use of props and original live music are a few trademarks of our brand of contemporary theatre.
